At the outset, Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the instant Cr.M.P. has been preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Code'). The Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same reserving the liberty to raise all the grounds available under the law before the trial Court for the relief as prayed for in the instant Cr.M.P.

As prayed, the instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of as withdrawn, without any appreciation on its merits reserving the aforesaid liberty available under the law.
