The applicant is seeking restoration of WPL No5545 of 2007, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order dated 16.10.2015. On due consideration of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration application, I am of the opinion that sufÏcient cause has been shown by the applicant to restore WPL No5545 of 2007.
