1) Since both these cases arise out of same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.
2) The applicants have preferred these First Bail Applications under
Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as applicants were arrested on 24.01.2021 in connection with Crime No.20/2021, registered at Police Station- Kusmunda, DistrictKorba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 392, 398, 411 of IPC.
3) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.
4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
5) Permission granted.
6) Accordingly, the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
