(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that against the impugned order dated 23.09.2015 (Annexure P/1) passed by respondent No.2-Director, Directorate of Veterinary Services, Raipur, the petitioner has made representations before respondents

No.2 & 3 which have not been considered and decided by the respondents till this date. Against which, on 04.11.2015 the petitoner preferred an appeal before appellate authority which has been rejected by the Appellate Authority/Joint Director, Directorate of Veterinary Service, Raipur on 09.11.2015.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 i.e. Joint Director/Nodal Officer, Directorate of Veterinary Services, Raipur is directed to do well and to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
