For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the MCC is condoned. Also heard on M.C.C. No.972/2017 which is an application for restoration of MA No.482/1994 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2009 for want of prosecution. Not opposed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed and MA No.482/1994 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Counsel for insurance company is directed to seek proper instructions before the next Lok Adalat.
