1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were appointed as Drivers in the year 2007 & 2008, respectively, but even after rendering the services for 10 years they are not regularized and the petitioners have filed an application, which remained undecided. He would further submit that in the meanwhile for the period of March, 2018 to May, 2018 the petitioners

have not been paid the salary, therefore, the petitioners have made various representations in July, October & November, 2018, but the same remains undecided, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that their representations may be directed to be decided to release the salary for the period of March, 2018 to May, 2018.

3. Considering the prayer and the fact that the petitioners have filed the representations for release of the salary for the period from March, 2018 to May, 2018 though they have rendered services but the salary is not been released, it is directed that the last representation of the petitioners dated 21.11.2019 which is pending before the respondent No.4 shall be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this order.
