The challenge in this writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 28.01.2021 passed by the District Education Officer, DistrictDhamtari. 2.

At the out set, this Court is of the opinion that the order of suspension is appealable order under the rules. Accordingly let the petitioner prefer an appeal to the appellate authority, if he so wants, against the order of suspension, the appellate authority in turn shall consider and decided the appeal on merits taking into consideration the merits of the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
