Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by respondents No. 2 to 5 for construction of road in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to the petitioner, against which he has made representation before respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, hence this petition.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 - Collector, Surguja is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in

accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make additional representation before the respondent authorities, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
