Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 21/03/2016 Challenge in the present batch of writ petitions is to the order dated 19.11.2014 whereby the service of the Petitioners was dispensed with unilaterally by the Respondents.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present case stands decided by the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 599 of 2015, dated 15.12.2015. He further submits that the present writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench on 15.12.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 599 of 2015.
On verification, learned Counsel for the State also submits that the present writ petitions may also be disposed of in terms of order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 599 of 2015, reserving the right of the Respondents to proceed further in accordance with law, if the State so desires.

On due consideration of the facts and circumstances, the present writ petitions are allowed in terms of order dated 15.12.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 599 of 2015. As a consequence, the impugned order dated 19.11.2014 is set aside, with a liberty to the State Government to proceed afresh in accordance with law as observed in the said writ appeal. Sd/- (P.
