1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 03.01.2021 in connection with Crime No. 04/2021 registered in Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 489-B &C of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate bench.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
