The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 438 of CrPC, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.392/2019, registered at Police Station Mungeli, District Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of IPC. 2.

The applicant has allegedly produced forged mark sheet to obtain employment in the Health Department of the State Government. It appears that the applicant's custodial interrogation is required to ascertain the origin of the mark sheet, therefore, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
