Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking appointment on compassionate ground in view of the order passed by this Court in similar case i.e. WP No.2952 of 2006 (Om Prakash Thakur v. Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. and Others) and other connected matters decided on 18-12-2014.
