Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled for additional two annual increments along with arrears which has not been considered and decided by respondent No. 2 - Block Education Officer, Dhamdha.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Block Education Officer, Dhamdha is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
