In view of the fact that the State Government has already cancelled the entire tender process of System Tender No.48657 NIT No.409/TC/18-19 dated 15.1.2019, as substantiated in the note sheet filed by the State along with an application dated 26.3.2019 for bringing subsequent developments on record, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. However, the issued raised in the petition is left open to be decided in any subsequent petition as and when occasion arises.
