Heard the learned standing counsel for the Appellant. It is pointed out that the subject matter under challenge involves a dispute which is less than monetory limit, in terms of the litigation policy notified by the Government of India dated 11.07.2018 (Circular No. 3 of 2018); to sustain it as a valid appeal before this Court.

In the said circumstances, the learned standing counsel submits that these matters are not pressed any further. Accordingly, both the appeals are dismissed as not pressed.
