(1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the petitioner's dismissal by Municipal Council,

Ahiwara, District Durg, he has filed appeal before the Collector, Durg, which is pending consideration since long and the Collector, Durg has not taken any decision in that regard and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 3 - Collector, Durg to decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Collector, Durg is directed to consider and take decision on the petitioner's appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of communication/receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
