ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 12.10.2017 whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Dhamtari on deputation basis.

The Petitioner appearing in person submits that the transfer order has already been cancelled during the pendency of the Petition and therefore, he does not want to press the same any more. 3.
