(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for compassionate appointment has been disposed of without assigning any reason whereas petitioner is entitled for compassionate appointment in view of decision rendered by this Court in

W.P. (S) 70/2012 decided on 9.1.2012.

(2) Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation along with copy of order passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No.70/2012 decided on 9.1.2012 before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today and in turn, the competent authority shall decide the same assigning reasons within further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
