This review petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 20.09.2017 (Annexure - A/1) passed in WP(C) No. 2587 of 2017 wherein this Court has issued certain directions to Director Public Instructions. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be allowed to submit his reply before the Director Public Instructions.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed. 4.

Be that as it may, the Director Public Instructions is directed to hear the petitioner before proceeding further.
