2. The present joint petition has been filed by the seller and the purchaser. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners No. 3 to

6 are the sellers and the petitioners No. 1 & 2 are the purchasers of part of the Nazul land bearing plot No. 29/1 at Pathalgaon. It is submitted that the petitioners had filed an application for mutation of the land under Section 109, 110 of the Land Revenue Code before the Nazul Officer and the SDO Pathalgaon. He submits that on earlier occasion, WPC No. 1027/2020 was filed wherein this Court had directed to decide the Revenue Case at the earliest, however, till date the same has not been decided. Therefore, the respondent authority may be directed to decide the Revenue Case of the petitioner within a specific period of time. He further submits that the earlier Revenue Case No. 5-A-06/2018-2019 has been renumbered.

Considering the fact that earlier certain orders have been passed to decide the case at the earliest and because of the intervention of the lock-down, the case could not be decided, therefore under these circumstances, respondent No. 3 i.e. The Nazul Officer cum SDO Pathalgaon is directed to decide the Revenue Case, which is pending for mutation within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
