1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has, is that as of now the petitioner stands posted at Work Planning Division at Durg under the forest division Durg.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, under the policy of the respondents itself, the petitioner could not have been placed under the Work Planning Division as under the Work Planning Division it is only employees below the age of 45 years who could be posted and since the petitioner has got only 1 and 1⁄2 years service left for retirement, he should not have been posted in the said division.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working at the Work Planning Division at Durg since 27.09.2016 as such he has completed more than 2 and 1⁄2 years of service and therefore he may be posted at different place other than Work Planning Division.

4. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondents No.1&2 raising all his

grievances within a period of two weeks from today and on such representation being made, the respondents No.1&2 shall consider the said representation in accordance with the policy of the State Govt. at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.
