This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 478/2015, registered at Police Station Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(<) of IPC and

Sections 5 (B) & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of this order as three witnesses have already been examined. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, bail application stands disposed of.
