Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by suspending the petitioner, he has attached to District Education Office, Podi Uproda, District Korba, therefore, he may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent authorities for changing of his posting.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the representation is made, the competent authority would consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of filing of the representation. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
