2. The impugned order passed by the SDO(R)-cum-Prescribed Authority in exercise of powers under Section 40 of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (in short "the Adhiniyam, 1993") is appealable before the Collector under Section 91 of the Adhiniyam, 1993.

3. Let the petitioner avail the alternative remedy within 15 days from today and thereafter, the appellate authority shall do well to dispose of the appeal, at the earliest, preferably within an outer limit of 3 months. The petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for grant of interim relief, which shall be considered within one month from the date of its submission.

4. The writ petitions stands disposed of.
