Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a complaint / representation against the illegal appointment of respondent No. 6 before the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 which is pending consideration since 21.11.2017 and no decision has been taken till date.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation / complaint expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
