put to challenge in this appeal. The learned counsel for the Appellant fairly submits that in view of turn of events, particularly, by virtue of declaration of the result, the Appellant would like to pursue other appropriate remedy in accordance with law, by filing election petition. 2.

In the said circumstance, the appeal is not pressed by the Appellant. 3.
