(1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to raise dispute before Registrar under Section 55(2) of the C.G. Co-

operative Societies Act as the petitioner is employee of Co-operative Society known as Chhattisgarh Rajya Laghu Vanopaj (Vyapar & Vikas) Sahkari Sangh Maryadit.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without affording opportunity of hearing, the petitioner has been terminated from the services.

(3) Be that as it may, since the petitioner has effective statutory alternative remedy of raising dispute before the Registrar under Section 55(2) of the C.G. Co-operative Societies Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
