Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in this appeal is exactly similar to that in Writ Appeal No. 436/2020 and other connected cases, which was considered and decided by this Court vide judgment dated 28.01.2021; which stands in favour of the Appellant. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal stands allowed in terms of the judgment dated 28.01.2021 passed in Writ Appeal No. 436/2020 and other connected cases.
