Agrawal Order On Board 2 2/0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Sub Divisional Officer, Kondagaon has recommended that the petitioner is entitled for compensation on account of unnatural death of her husband and, therefore, she may be permitted to make additional representation supported by the enquiry report and other relevant documents to the respondent No. 2- Collector, Kondagaon and the
same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayers appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the Comissioner, Bastar Division and in turn the Commissioner, Bastar Division shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order without being prejudiced by earlier report or order passed by the Collector, Kondagaon. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is at liberty to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law on its own merits.
