1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has successfully completed the work of cleaning the sewer in various place within the Municipal Corporation, Durg according to the terms in the year 2019. He would further submit that subsequently when the bills were submitted, the bills have not been processed despite the fact that the completion certificate has been issued. He would further submit that under the circumstances, the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to make a representation before the

respondent Municipal Corporation for release of the amount and the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner may submit the necessary representation.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted that he has completed the work of cleaning of sewer and he is in hold of the completion certificate, however, the bills have not been processed, taking into such fact, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before the respondent No.1 with all details and documents within a period of two weeks from today and on such representation being filed, the respondent No.1 in turn shall decide the same within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation and in case if there is no dispute, undisputed amount may be disbursed.
