1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made an objection under Section 21 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 before respondent No.1/Sub Divisional Officer Cum Land Acquisition Officer, Raigarh, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioners' objection within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the parties.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
