1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the instant revision with liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate forum.

2. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

3. Certified copies of the impugned orders dated 28.03.2017 & 11.12.2017 as well as certified copies of the order sheets dated 23.01.2017 to 10.07.2017 and 24.07.2017 to 22.01.2018 be returned to the counsel for the applicant after obtaining the photo-copies of the same.
