This is an office note based on the request letter dated 08/11/2017 made by 1st Civil Judge, Class-I, Raipur (C.G.) through the District and Sessions Judge, Raipur (C.G.) for extension of time to dispose off the Civil Suit No. 187-A/ 2003. 2.

As prayed for, further 45 days' time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 04/07/2019 passed in S.A. No. 477 of 2005 and to dispose off the Civil Suit No. 187-A/ 2003 from the date of presentation of copy of this order. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.
