Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2015 (1) The return filed on behalf of the learned counsel for the State/respondents No.1 to 3, para-2 states as under:- "2. The answering respondents at the outset most

humbly and fairly beg to submit that name of the petitioner does not find place in the promotion order dated 17.06.2014 due to inadvertence on the part of the answering respondents and the petitioner would be granted promotion and seniority w.e.f. 17.06.2014. It is further submitted that the petitioner had made a representation to set right the anomaly, however, the same could not be decided at the relevant point of time. The answering respondents most humbly beg to submit case of the petitioner is under consideration and appropriate orders will be passed granting seniority and promotion to the petitioner as per her eligibility."

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that the decision on the subject will be taken within six weeks as stated in para 2 of the writ petition and the result of the consideration would be communicated to the petitioner. (3) In view of the abovestated statement on behalf of the counsel for the State/respondents No.1 to 3, the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
