(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband retired from service on 31.03.2013 and died on 22.05.2014. He further submits that the respondentsSECL have not been paid the pension amount and arrears of

salary to the petitioner for the period from 31.03.2013 to 22.05.2014 and, as such, she is entitled for the above amount for aforesaid period against which, she has made representation before respondents authorities, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, she may be permitted to file fresh representation before the competent authority for redressal of her grievances and direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the competent authority. If such representation is made by the petitioner within ten days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
