1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.189/2015, registered at Police Station Pondi, Distt. Koriya, for the offence punishable under Sections 354 and 452 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application, at present, with liberty to file afresh after filing of charge-sheet and after statement of the complainant is recorded.
