This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.54/2014, registered at Police Outpost-Wadrufnagar, Police Station-Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merits by order dated 30.7.2018 in M.Cr.C.No.4132 of 2018.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in circumstances or new ground to entertain this second

bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected. However, explanation be called from concerned trial Court through the Registrar General of this Court as to why proceeding has not been expedited and concluded as directed earlier.
