The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 438 of CrPC, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.224/2019, registered at Police Station Dhamdha, District Durg (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 354 of IPC. 2.

The applicant tried to outrage the modesty of the complainant in a state of intoxication. The applicant infact tried to kiss the complainant and behaved indecently by entering her house. 3.

Considering the nature of allegation, the present is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
