2. Challenge in this petition is to the election effected in respect of the Mutawalli of a Waqf property named as Sunni Hanfi Kachi Muslim Jamat, Mungeli, District Mungeli.

3. Since the dispute is concerning the Waqf and the alternative efficacious remedy is available under the Waqf Act, 1995 and the Waqf Tribunal is also functional, the present petition cannot be entertained by this Court. The petitioner, if so advised, may approach the concerned Waqf Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
