1. The present petition is directed against the impugned order passed by the Additional Session's Judge, Gharghoda by which the learned Revisional Court has dismissed the revision preferred by the petitioner against the order framing charges for offence under Sections 193/34, 120(B) of the IPC, 1860 and

Section 25(1)(1-B) of the Arms Act, 1959.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has not committed any crime, he has falsely been implicated in crime in question and there is no case for framing charges against him.

3. The Trial Court as well as the Revisional Court has clearly held that prima facie there is sufficient material against the petitioner for framing charges for the aforesaid offences.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length and going through the records it cannot be held that there is no material for framing charges against the petitioner for the aforesaid offences. I do not find any perversity or illegality in the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, the present CRMP deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
