The petitioner is working on the post of Forest Range Officer, at Amrawati, Forest Division, South Kondagaon, District Rajnandgaon. By the impugned order dated 07.01.2016, he has been transferred in the office of working Plant, Forest Division, South Kondagaon.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no vacant post at Working Plant, Forest Division, South Kondgaon for the petitionerand, as such, the Divisional Forest Officer has recommended to allow him to work at his present place of posting; and the petitioner has also made representation for the above stated grievance to the competent authority and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.
Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

Accordingly, the State Government is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation duly recommended by Divisional Forest Officer, South Kondagaon within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
6.
For the period of 45 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
