The limited grievance that the petitioner has is in respect of the nonreleasing of the salary of the petitioner from September, 2020 till date.

According to the petitioner, he was substantially working on the post of Chief Executive Officer, at Janpad Panchayat, Marwahi. However, on account of administrative exigency the petitioner was posted vide order dated 21.09.2020 to the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development Department and where the petitioner assumed

his charge immediately. Since then he has been discharging his duties from the said office, however, from September, 2020 till date the petitioner has not been released his salary. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to immediately look into the grievance of the petitioner and ensure that the salary of the petitioner is forthwith released and appropriate steps and measures should also be taken ensuring that the salary of the petitioner is paid regularly without any unwarranted delay.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
