(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 74/2014 registered at Police Station Khadgawa, Distt. Koriya for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(B), 341, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5(B) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court by order dated 20.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1696/2016.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application.
