(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of order dated 18.03.2015, applicant made an application for cancellation of warrant of arrest; that has been rejected by order dated 2.9.2015 and in the meanwhile trial has almost concluded and all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and only statement of the applicant under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has to be recorded and two accused persons have already been acquitted. He further submits that applicant is suffering from heart disease; the applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the liberty granted to him during bail and, therefore, in

light of above the trial Court is directed to be considered his application for grant of bail expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable. It is directed that if the applicant moves an application for grant of regular bail before the jurisdictional criminal Court, the Court shall make all endeavour to decide the regular bail application preferably on the same day in accordance with law. Keeping in view the afore-stated facts, the bail application stands disposed of.
