Vide memo dated 31.12.2019 Family Court, Raigarh has brought to the notice of this Court that after the order was passed by this Court in FA (Misc) No.250 of 2018 passed on 24.09.2019, directing the Family Court to decide the case within period of eight weeks, the proceedings were initiated and after decision on various applications the case was posted for applicant's evidence on 30.12.2019. On that day, another application was filed and a prayer was made for stay in further proceedings in view of the order dated 24.12.2019 passed in WP 227 No.1013/2019. 3.

The record of WP 227 No. 1013/2019 attached along with this case was perused and it is found that on 24.12.2019 an interim order has been passed to the effect that the proceedings

before the Court below shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.

In that view of the matter, at present no orders are required to be passed on the basis of memo written by the Family Court. Accordingly, the office reference is closed.
