This is an office note based on the request letter dated 14/11/2019 sent by the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.), for extension of time for final disposal of Criminal Case No. 7326/2015.

Earlier, this Court vide order dated 12/09/2019 had granted a period of 60 days to the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.) to dispose off the said criminal case, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the Court of JMFC, Durg (C.G.) to comply with the order passed by this Court. 3.

Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further 45 days' time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 12/09/2019 passed in MCC No. 831/2019 and to dispose off the Criminal Case No. 7326/2015. It is also made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.

Accordingly, the MCC application stands disposed off. 4.
