Order On Board 05/03/2018 (1) This Court vide order dated 15.01.2018 passed in M.C.C. No.10 of 2018 while allowing the M.C.C., directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within 15 days from the date of order i.e. 15.1.2018.

(2) However, the petitoner, by way of filing this M.C.C., seeks time to comply with the order dated 15.1.2018 passed in M.C.C. No. 10 of 2018 (3) Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and looking to the facts & circumstances of the case, the M.C.C. is allowed. The applicant is granted further time of one week to deposit amount of Rs. 2,000/- in compliance of this Court's order dated 15.01.2018.
