This is an office note based on the request letter dated 11/12/2019 made by 11th Additional District Magsitrate, Raipur (C.G.) for extension of time for disposal of Civil Appeal No. 8-A/2005.

As prayed for, further 45 days time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 27/08/2019 passed in SA No. 411 of 2006 and to dispose off the Civil Appeal No. 8-A/2005 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time would be entertained thereafter.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
