Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the reply of the State, no FIR is registered against the petitioner and her name do not appear in the charge-sheet. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition filed under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India. Prayer is allowed.

In view of the above submission, the instant Writ Petition (Cr.) is dismissed as withdrawn.
