Heard After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition and also seeks liberty to file petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. or under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whichever is feasible.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

Certified copy of the documents filed along with this revision petition be returned to the counsel for the applicant after retaining the photocopy of the same.
